The Pushkar Camel Fair (Pushkar ka Mela) is an annual camel and livestock fair held in the town of Pushkar in the state of Rajasthan, India. In addition to being one of the world’s largest camel fairs, it also serves as a livestock market.

The fair has become a widely attended tourist event, that features many competitions such as: tug-of-war between locals and tourists, the longest moustache, a turban-tying contest, cricket matches and much more.

Attended by thousands, you can see camel races, hear music, attend exhibitions, view snake-charmers, ride a Ferris Wheel, purchase jewelry, clothes, fabrics and much more.

It is celebrated for five days in November.
